I put the food today, a simple and very rich recetilla.

black pepper 2 chopped peeled tomatoes (I've put tomato sauce)
1 large onion into small pieces 2 leeks
A glass of white wine
dried mushrooms (Mushrooms, Boletus, Trumpets death)
mushroom broth Salt
DEVELOPMENT
Season the fillets.
pass the flour (shake off excess) Put in a casserole
olive oil (generous). Go
frying fish fillets (not too).
Remove them to a plate.
In the same oil, fry the leek and onion finely chopped. To throw salt

well drained mushrooms soften slightly.
Add a glass of white wine, let reduce a little
Add the tomatoes and some stock that has been used for drying mushrooms.
Add the fillets and let cook slowly about 20 minutes.
Note:
If you want you can add pine nuts and raisins, (I have not since)
